"Property had some great facilities, beach, gym and water sports all positives. Rooms a little tired, food very mixed bag and staff genuine and super nice people, but a little ineffective at the same time.
A basic example was no water on the room on arrival, checked with reception who said it’s housekeepings fault, ask them the following day, they said it’s not them it’s reception and we never received any water.
I think it’s too strong to say we regret staying here but I wouldn’t stay again....
"The staff are beautiful and helpful.
The property is dated and needs upgrading, the bed in our room was rock hard.
The pool area is wonderful and provides tennis, kayaks, cabana’s, massive pool and many more activities. Certainly a good place if you have children."
"The staff were really nice, the food was excellent. The kids loved the pools, the rooms were clean. The kids had a great time kayaking and paddle boarding.
Warmer linen would help as it was quite cold at night. The buffet was great but occasionally there were issues with getting cutlery and the kids buffet kept running out and it took a while to refill
Other than that highly recommend"
"We stayed in a 3 person room with Beach views. The view and the sound of the waves crashing was great. The staff were really helpful, I loved having a choice of yummy breakfasts instead of a buffet as it made us try everything on the menu. Three Pigs too was great for dinner and the free communal washing machine a bonus. Buses in to town easy to catch and are more like a door to door share van. Nasama isnt modern but the rooms are clean and staff friendly. The beach was sometimes rough to swim...
