I will say that if you’re expecting a 5 star hotel like the states, you’re in for a surprise. The lobby and outside is currently undergoing construction and the lobby just feels a bit drab.
HOWEVER, the room is quite new and it’s very comfortable. In addition, the staff is EXCELLENT. They assisted me with weighing my bags, packing it up, and even bringing it up and down to my room. I would say I feel like I’ve gotten better service here than some of the traditional 5star Hiltons or Marriott’s.
It’s also an excellent location - with line 5 and line 8 nearby. There’s a bunch of shopping and food at Wangfujing and it’s all walkable.
Definitely would recommend!

This is a very affordable hotel considering it's located close to Wangfujing shopping area and super close to the subway station. The laundry facility is a great feature as well for travelers. Mr. Li, the concierge manager is so nice and accommodating I give him 5-stars for his excellent service.
