This property would not allow me to check-in. The person at the desk that they didn't have my reservation and that they hadn't received my payment. I paid for 2 rooms that I could not use. Please assist me with getting a refund of my money please. Yolanda Brassfield Michael

Brown water, cockroach on the bed, and unfriendly staff. Spending $200 per night without getting a basic clean environment.
