Very poor response and services !
"I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting ..."

"We had a wonderful stay, the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast had a lovely selection and tea and coffee served at the table was a nice addition to the buffet. Dinner in the restaurants was also enjoyable and reasonably priced. We will definitely return and highly recommended ..."
