Metro station is convenient to every area. Kobinis store is also available nearby for wide range. Service of hotel staff is amazing. 2nd time visit and stay at the same area! Kudos!

Clean room! Excellent staff!

This apartment hotel looked pretty new or newly renovated. Our apartment was very clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. The shower was excellent with strong, even pressure. Outside of the apartment, I just wished they had an espresso machine instead of just regular coffee. It was a pretty far walk to get to a Starbucks or a coffee shop. The place is close to convenience stores and a fairly short walk to restaurants. Easy to get around Ginza area and to the train station. Though we also used Uber a few times. The front desk staff are fairly nice and courteous though they could be more enthusiastic and look more like they like their jobs. I just wish the room with an open view was available when we booked as our apartment window only had a view of the building wall next to ours. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Would probably stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are very clean, modern and spacious. We will definitely be returning to this hotel next time we are in Tokyo. It’s also a great area for reaching restaurants and attractions by foot.

Wonderful hotel near Shinagawa Station! Highly suggest. This was our first hotel in Japan and was such a perfect landing space. The staff was helpful, the room was well arranged (and roomy), overall facility was perfect for us. AND it was only a short walk to a super busy station, so it was easy to get around! Stay here - splurge on a corner room - start your trip off right like we did!

Really amazing backyard with smoke and light show every 40 minutes.

Overall is a nice property although it's a boutique hotel surrounded by giant others hotels, so , no exclusivity when you leave the room. The check out experience was awful at least, rude I would say and no excuses, no justification. So if you want a A experience in Tokyo forget about this facility!

There are few convenience store and food outlets nearby. Air conditioning was working well , room coffee and tea always in great supply .

Hot bath and lavender infused sauna before an amazing breakfast was how I started each morning. Immaculate lobby and rooms- so welcoming with complimentary drink tickets, skincare, and a convenience store located within the hotel for late night snacks. It had an ATM too! Three night stay was perfect as we walked to Shiomi station, just 10 minutes ride to Tokyo Station for all our adventures.
