Location was great, across from Coop and tram station. Aircon and WIFI needs to be better. There was a problem with hit water but was promptly fixed.

Hotel is starting to show some signs of age. However all areas were clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is extremely well located for activities in the city centre.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable.
