The hotel’s location was conveniently situated, about a five minute walk from mrt entrance. There are lots of food/small eats options nearby. The property itself is not very well maintained. There was water dripping from our ceiling in front of the closet. Rooms are tiny with not even a nightstand, dressers, or drawer space. For the price it seems acceptable though.

Nonexistent service, poor food options and unmotivated staff. But location and rooms make up for it.

All rounded good hotel. In term of location, it is not the best, still a bit walking distance to the station or public transport.

The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them. WIFI could be better...but it's free. Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine. The free breakfast was very filling.

This hotel is located next to a rubbish management facility and close to a market. So it is located at a not so nice environment. However, the hotel is very close to public transportation especially if you are taking A11 airport bus. The reception is located on level 3. The hotel is relatively new although the room is a bit small but has all the standard facilities. It is also very good value. Highly recommend for single traveler and for a short stay in Hong Kong.

Clean minimalistic stay in a convenient part of Hong Kong. It was fine, nothing to complain about. The only thing is that there should be better instruction on how to check in, because it is located on 3rd floor but when you enter the building there’s no clear signs or instructions about it. I left the building a couple times wondering if I was in the right place because there is only the elevators. Other than that it isa good price point and choice for expensive HK! And the laundry room is great if you care about that. I didn’t stay long enough to use the kitchenette, but who would use it when you’re in Hong Kong with great cheap eats everywhere!

Great room for staying in Hong Kong Island! Staff is very helpful with requests for room cleaning and timely replacement of the room's aging shower head. Highly recommended for easy access to Causeway Bay!
