"Pros : Close to Wengen station, walkable distance, Amazing location. Good pricing. Staff Juan was very helpful & nice. Cons : Room service person not changed our towels for four days even after requesting it. Common bathroom & toilet on each floor. Bath soap / hand soap was not there. No elevator. ..."
