Rooms very clean staff was great

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

New modern hotel. Bedroom is humongous, feels like an apartment. But, bed is very very uncomfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful at all times. The key system only works if you download an app, I got a real key and it didn't work.

We stayed in the Grand Luxury King Suite with a pool table over looking the Sphere. The room was immacculate. There is a huge foyer, dining room, bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a huge tub and a multifunctional shower. We played pool up into the morning and had a great time. There is no better view of the Sphere in town. The Venetian is the premier property in Las Vegas and they spared no detail. There is so much to do; shopping, dining, shows, gondolas, Sphere, casino.... I'm torn between loving it and not loving it because it is massive, but as I learn my way around, I'm loving it more.

We checked in by kiosk and no information on benefits like 20 beverage credit, breakfast or casino credit was shared.
