The room is clean and cozy but a bit crowded. Not a lot of desktop space or storage space. There’s no gym on property but there’s a roof top pool.

Rooms are very spacious, and the staff is very friendly and supportive. I do wish they had a later check out than 10am, but other than that I’ve enjoyed the experience very much.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve experienced! The staff were amazing! I had told them that we were staying for my wife’s birthday. They actually took the time to put together a small gift bag with a hand written birthday card and put it in our room. They also gave us an awesome view of dodger stadium when we told them that we were going to the dodger game. The hotel was very modern, clean, and safe. Everyone there, the valet, front desk and concierge, and security, were very kind and professional. Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are staying in downtown LA.

Spa is fantastic. Even just a day pass to enjoy the amenities is totally worth it. Stunning interior. Hotel is beautiful. Great service. Would definitely stay there again. Planning a mother daughter weekend there!
