The hotel is located at a very high altitude, and the road from the street to the hotel entrance is extremely steep. It requires good physical strength to climb up, especially if you're carrying luggage. The bed sheets in the room often have stains or holes, and slippers are not provided daily. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station, so it's not particularly convenient.

服務非常好，酒店人員全部都十分友善，而且英文非常流利，溝通絕對無問題，房間空間充足，最驚喜係check out時，想請職員代為call taxi到首爾站，職員話可以安排house car免費車我地去，而且house car司機亦十分親切。唯一缺點係酒店位置，比教難搵，而且雖然係喺地鐵出口旁邊，但地鐡站內要行既距離車都算長，有d勞累

The room is spacious but the hotel is a bit old. The location is good, near both Myeongdong and Chungmuro Stations.

升级的套房房间中有一股下水道的味道，即使每天清洁，但是味道还在。
