Indonesia Cheap Vacations

The hotel is in a central location in Kuta close to the beach, but no direct beach access. Lobby and pool are look impressive. Rooms are spacious and in good shape. Unfortunately the hotel was quite rigid. Check-in starts at 2 pm, we arrived at 1:30pm, were told we'd have to wait until 2pm. It took until 2:45 until we could enter our room. Part of the package was a massage voucher. Even though we stayed for 3 nights the spa could not find an appointment until 1pm on our departure day, after checkout time of 11 am. We asked the hotel whether we could keep the room until after the massage and they insisted we be out at 11. The hotel advertises free airport transport. Our flight departed at 7:20 pm and they only have a shuttle bus at 6 pm and 9 pm. What a joke. The individually ordered food was great. The breakfast buffet was ok.

Location was a little far from the center

Staff were good and always very polite. Rooms are average but you get what you pay for…little things like filthy curtains, tiny balconies and crap wifi pulled it down for me. Location not the best if you visit the beach regularly but plenty of restaurants etc close by. Pool is basically unusable due to being to cold which is a shame because it looks very inviting…this was my biggest disappointment. Breakfast gets tired by day 3 with not many change in options and beware NO bacon. Would I stay again…probably not.

Room is decent and staff is nice. The downside is the towels are pretty old and torn. The first week of my stay they kept bringing me old towels with some spots on it. I told the front desk to give me better towels but they didn’t do it
