Peninsular Malaysia Cheap Vacations

It was an excellent experience. Though we stayed for one night, we liked our stay in every respect. May be because of our platinum membership with Hotels.com, we got an upgrade. Corner huge size room on the 15th floor with city view. Everything was within walking distance. Definitely we will stay there again.

Wonderful staff, check in etc was very easy. My room was on the 18th floor and my travel buddies were on the 4th floor (would have been nice to have been on the same floor but may have been because of the room type). We ate at the restaurant for buffet breakfast and the buffet dinner, it was really tasty and a great way to try some different cuisine. My room was great, amenities were brilliant and when my bathroom plug got stuck staff fixed it for me ASAP. My room was a little scuffed up and could do with a freshen up but was clean and had everything I needed. The water dispensers on each floor is great! Although the walls could do with a wipe down from water splatter. I would definitely stay here again. The pool and gym facilities were great too

Location is great. Room is clean and the hotel is well maintained except for the aircon is not strong enough. It was set at 20 degrees and but the air flow is not circulating well. Hotel staff tried to help and I really appreciate but we still felt too hot to sleep.

Close to airport but airport shuttle service sucks
