This hotel was a letdown compared to the one we stayed at in Hong Kong. The beds were saggy and uncomfortable and uncomfortable. We were given an accessie room with metal rails throughout the bathroom. The shower was on the side of the tub, and the water pressure was weak. Also the tub was dirty.
The hotel was well located. And the cleaning lady was nice.
Not good value for money.

Amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt, staff were amazing, room was clean and spacious with an amazing view and the amenities were really nice as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Locationwise is good. Reception looks average. Room are good but not premium. Breakfast was top class and very rich. forgot there my Polo and Payjama. They diddn't botther to send me.
