Lots of noisy kids staying at the hotel. They made big noise in the lobby, the corridor outside my room. Nobody from the hotel reminded them of the disturbance.

已是第二次住宿這酒店, 只是今次因酒店入住率太高原固, 沒法安排高樓層房間, 但舒適及整潔度仍保持水準, 管房職員很細心, 要求很快回應. 早餐中西式都可口. 可能入住率高令前台服務有些微失準, 朋友在退房前一日送來文件, 但到退房後仍未被告之, 要再三問到才發現文件留在concierge, 幸好及時收到而不致去到機場才發覺.
