Love coming to this hotel. This my second time coming here and as always, we enjoy our stay.

Great beach view and excellent location. Love club level includes breakfast & cocktail hour. Second year in a row visiting.

Hotel was in a great location near shops and restaurants. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were pleasant . I would stay here again should I get the chance to return to Wakiki.

The hotel is located in downtown Waikiki, easy walk to shopping centers and restaurants and a block away from the beach. The room is well maintained and the staff rendered very good service.

The room was showing a little wear one of the afternoons we were subjected to a rave party around the pool area it started at 2pm we were no longer felt comfortable it didn't end until 11pm even on the 29th floor the noise was unbelievable

Housekeeping was impeccable; our room was always spotless, with thoughtful nightly treats that made each evening feel special. One of the most memorable touches was a surprise bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon—such a kind and generous gesture. Poolside service was equally amazing, with staff always ready to offer a refreshing drink or towel without hesitation. Every detail at Halekulani was perfect. The service, comfort, and personalized touches made it the most memorable trip we've ever taken. We left feeling relaxed and incredibly grateful. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel in Honolulu where every moment feels special, Halekulani is the one.

The air conditioning was poor and the rooms hot. The staff merely shrugged their shoulders when told and said it was the entire building. A 97 year old building.
