Excellent place to stay. The breakfast buffet was out of this world. I highly re ommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location! Close to so many things. Our only complaint is the elevators. In the morning we ended up taking the stairs down because we would wait for several elevators and they were always full. It’s nearly impossible to get an elevator down if you are on a lower floor- as in 15th or lower.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Location was great and the room was very clean.

Their deluxe rooms are big. They do not have a sofa bed inside unless you ask and it is available. Staff was very nice and supportive. We were a group of 6 people woth a 6 yr old girl. In a very confortable area to walk everywhere and not so rushing under Christmas as Time Square or similar. The restaurant and louge not part of the hotel need to get a 5 star ++++ great food and great staff and the inwer knows his jib and how to treat guests and make them friends.
