Great design throughout the hotel, and check in was fast and very friendly!

Fabulous stay. Hotel is gorgeous but what is more brilliant - the staff. All super friendly and helpful. I travel a lot and this is rare nowadays!

Check-in was smooth & the staff was so helpful & accommodating.

They upgraded our room for us and was able to do an early check in when we arrived that morning. Fantastic staff, super soft bed and heated toilet! We are beyond satisfied 😌

Hotel was beautiful, clean, great location. Check-in staff was not the friendliest or informative, just going through the motions. The Lobby offered holiday popup experience we found out about after the fact. Valet parking only available that runs expensive but not out of the norm for Seattle. Would stay again for the location alone.

Beautiful, historic 100 year old landmark hotel - would have given it 5 stars but you have to deal with an obnoxious, non-working phone robot when you call the front desk. I would expect that at motel 6 but not a place like this.

The Hotel was excellent it is located within walking distance to the space needle and has views of the water.
