Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. If there is only one chair in a room though, it should at least be a comfortable one, not hard wood.

Absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough about this place. The hotel is beautiful. The location is perfect. Close to everything. The staff at the front desk were super friendly.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect for those who want to be close to the center of activities yet just a block away from the main center square (and noise). The attention to detail regarding amenities, not charging for the mini-bar, water, etc., was a refreshing and positive experience!

Good location and good sized suites. Staff not very friendly and room service needs to improve. Room service staff left their soiled wipe cloth in the toilet one day and towels were smelly.

We had a wonderful experience! Staff extremely helpful and friendly. We wonderful definitely stay here again!

I’ve been coming to this hotel for nearly a decade. Regrettably, the level of attention to detail is deteriorating. The mini bar has shrunk and sparkling wine brand for breakfast is more budget and there are less choices for breakfast than previously available. Please stop skimping on the basics as your customers do notice. You have a wonderfully unique place please keep it exceptional rather than ordinary.
