Great place to stay! I had a long layover and chose this hotel for one night, however I would’ve stayed longer if I could. It has a great view of the ocean, beautiful surrounding landscape, and close by shops and restaurants. No problem getting a taxi to and from the airport.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, kindly arranging adjacent rooms for our family during our stay. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The housekeeping team also did an outstanding job, ensuring everything was kept clean and tidy throughout our visit. The property is conveniently located close to shops in a relatively quiet area, while still being just a short walk from Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station.

Room was cleaned daily except for toilet bowl which was malfunctioning and had to use another toilet at the gym room, otherwise all was good.

We had a wonderful stay at Kerry Hotel. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful during our stay. Our only negative was the smell of smoking in the hallways but the rooms were clean and smoke free. We would stay here again in future visits.
