Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and fresh coffee. Room was big and clean. Bed was comfy but too soft for me personally. Room was on the cooler side. A heater is provided. Has tv service. Pricing is reasonable. It is a nice house, would recommend staying here.

We came in late night around midnight or 1am on both trips and each time there was a staff member waiting to check us in. Super appreciative of that level of service!! The Black Rooster is a collection of 3 separate buildings and we've stayed in 2 of them so far, each time the rooms have been clean ...
