The hotel is around 10 minutes walk from the ferry pier to Butterworth which is extremely convenient. The hotel room is quite good and the breakfast is tasty with a wide range of choice. The staff are very friendly and helpful!

The sea view is very nice, with convenient location.

First, its location is very close to Penang International Airport and that's the only reason I switched to this hotel because of taking an early morning flight. It's just 15 minutes for Grab. The check-in process was very smooth and highly efficient but not up to the previous standards of Mariott hotels I stayed. The room was generally acceptable but there was no toothbrush provided and the toilet seat was even not installed well for use. The problem was soundproof. Throughout the night, you heard walking sound and moving chairs on the floor above and even the snoozing of travelers in another room on the same floor.
