Great hotel with awesome staff. The property is clean and very well maintained. The only downside was the elevator—one was under construction, leaving just one working, and the stairway was hard to find.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. It was a large room, and although the facility was somewhat old, it was still in good condition. The location is excellent. Overall, I enjoyed my 10-day stay at Trinity Silom.
