This hotel is in an excellent location
It has a very boutique feel
We were in the 6th floor and the room had been updated and had room. There was only a tub/shower and that was a bit difficult to get in and out of (high step in and out)
The woman at the front desk on the evening shift was very helpful and even gave a history of the hotel
Unfortunately the other staff at the front come across with a very cold and uncaring attitude- which is unfortunate because a few touches of kindness goes a long way with travelers
