Decent room size, door lock and bathroom door lock faulty. Shower curtain at odd angle with bathtub and doesn’t help to keep bathroom dry.

Staff was kind. I loved cimer spa for their outdoor baths and sauna for their indoor and outdoor onsen like soaks.

Amazing hotel - great location, super clean and direct access to the beach

Amazing views and location. Big, spacious rooms. Very nice and helpful staff. My only complaint was the charge for a missing key. I explained to the front desk worker that my hotel key had fallen out of my hands and down the elevator slot mere moments before, and I still had to pay a $10 missing card charge. I thought that was pretty crummy, especially as most hotels give you 2 cards upon arrival and I only received one.

Wifi was disconnected for a few hours but front desk staff was not aware of it when I reported.

Staff was very courteous, the Expedia VIP upgraded room was fantastic. The bed and shower were amazing (although it took forever for me to realize you had to twist not pull the knob to switch from handheld to overhead shower), and the location was so close to everything and subways. What really stood out was the little refresh and refreshment room in the lobby for guests. They thought of everything and had things in there that even five star hotels don’t have: cologne and perfume varieties, microwave, espresso maker, hot water dispenser, snacks, some toiletries (vending machine for others in lobby and a 7 Eleven across the street). Very safe, busy area close to subway and bus stop as well as airport limousine drop off area. Check schedules for airport limousine with them prior to departure as it only comes every hour but not necessarily on the hour. Will absolutely stay here again and this felt more like a 4 star hotel to me.

I like breakfast and laundry room. laundry room is open and convenient and safe the stay there.
