Los restaurantes Los Careyes, Cocoa, and White Box, and Akeru were excellent. Buffets were good. Really enjoyed the shows. We wished pools were open longer hours and available the last days we were there they were closed due to cleaning/maintenance.

Pros: beautiful, well-maintained property, very attentive and friendly staff, delicious food, easy transportation to and from the airport, quiet location, not crowded at all, a truly relaxing vacation, most guests were seniors or families with young children Cons: We visited in September not knowing seaweed at the beach was a problem, the winter months would be a better time to go. We were offered free salon services or excursions if we agreed to attend a 1 1/2 hour “presentation” so beware, it’s just a sales pitch to join a membership to their hotels

Overall good hotel FOOD CAN BE IMPROVED A LOT

Its was good experience for the first time, but I just hope that the people that work there can communicate better

9/10 only thing is after about 9:30pm it’s ghost town. Almost everyone and everything is super quiet. No turning up all night here.
