Many problems with this hotel. 1. My room smelled of sewage/mold on several days. 2. The cafe food was mediocre. 3. There are not drawers to put clothes in. 4. There was no bathtub. 5. Shower water pressure was weak, although the handheld nozzle had good pressure. 6. The water temp kept changing during the course of the shower, requiring adjustments several times in one shower. 7. No coffee maker or similar- just a hot water kettle and instant coffee in tea bags. No cream. 8. You get 2 regular towels and 2 hand towels. That's it. 9. You have to set up a reciever to the rather small tv to watch Netflix (only if you already have a subscription). 10. I'd say this hotel is good if you aren't going to stay in it for very long during the day, don't want a bathtub, are a single occupant, have no sense of smell, go out to get your morning coffee, have multiple layers because the room gets cold, and don't have much to spend on a hotel room. It is conveniently placed in the city, with 2 different metro stations near by and close to many things. It's not much to look at and doesn't come with extras. Next time I will stay at the Shilla Seoul, which is MUCH more luxurious.

We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.

There’s varied selection for breakfast and it’s worth the price, the staff has been helpful and understanding (thank you, Joy!), the gym is great and they even have a laundry room! Absolutely enjoyed my time here.

I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast buffet was convenient, but some dishes were old or overcooked. (Cheese, cold cuts, waffles ... were served dried) Air conditioner was not on according to the front desk, and the room was too warm and stuffy. We were not able to adjust the room temperature while we stayed. The front desk suggested to keep the window open while the city's air quality, pollution, was terrible. Not a safe / ideal stay for a family with kids or sensitive group. Laundry washer/drier in service room was free but not functioning. We tried twice to wash and dry (wasting hours waiting) and moved on to a local laundromat near by. The hallway carpet in the hotel was uneven and improperly installed, creating a potential safety hazard. This condition could be especially dangerous for guests using wheelchairs or for young children, as it increases the risk of trips and falls. The location was very convenient. Easy to access subway lines and a lot interesting places.

Breakfast was great. One problem was there were no seats in the reception area. I had recent knee surgery and could not sit inside or outside as we were waiting for our tour.
