We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

Beautiful location right next to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Gorgeous spacious room with beautiful city view. Loved loved loved the amenities.

We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.

Overall hotel was very good! Location was awesome, staff excellent, bathroom was huge and up to date. Bed was comfortable, but room temp was hard to regulate, electric outlets in room were in poor condition, but the one in the bathroom was excellent, so charging items in bathroom was necessary. No usb or other charging options.

The room was great as was the location for what I needed. No possible early check in and the breakfast were disappointing.

Overall good stay here. The breakfast was good with wide spread selection, they do have a dress code and cannot wear the novotel slide-on in. The room was overall good, for the room - the luggage shelves might be too low for older folks it might not be that great and sometimes things might go under the shelf. That's probably how I lost my shoes in the room. The gym was good for a workout. Indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi was also nice to have since it's high up the view is quite nice. But in Korea you will need to bring a swimming cap even babies have to wear it. The play room on level 3 was also quite nice for children to play there.

Breakfast buffet was great, a wider variety of food to select from. Room was generally clean and nice. Staff at the front desk were helpful in asking our questions. Definitely would love to stay here again!

Truly fantastic breakfast buffet that can rival any 5 star hotel. Perfectly located for exploring all of the sights you need to see while in Seoul. Wonderful and helpful manager of the hotel, told exactly where we needed to go to find the fresh king crab feast we were looking for. Even warned us that it would be expensive, but we were prepared for that. Would certainly stay here again.
