Great hotel just be prepared to pay a $500 hold (you get it back at the end of your stay) Other than that great views . Everything is walking distance and they have very nice staff

Excellent, helpful staff from the minute I exited my car. Staff during breakfast couldn’t be any more nice nor friendly. We had an amazing time. Beach access was literally across the street, with great beach amenities. Just a tip, cheaper to purchase chairs and umbrella from a small beach front store than beach rental place.

We loved our view from the room. The bed was cozy, room was thoroughly clean. The hotel was in a perfect location. Restaurant and shopping options were great. The beach was located right across the hotel.

This is my second time staying here at Hyatt Centric. Love how spacious their 2 queen bed rooms are and most specially, the bidet in the bathroom!!! Drinking Water is included in the lobby and in the gym. Going to the beach is just a short walk. We borrow beach chairs, boogie boards and towels every morning. This location is very close to international marketplace, to many restaurants on kuhio street. Better location than hotels on Kalākaua Avenue which is mostly high end shops and few restaurants. Friendly staff at front desk and valet/check out beach chairs. Big shout out to John who was friendly and helpful in getting around. Starbucks is just on level one few steps from the elevator. Gym is a little tight in a smaller size compared to other Hyatt hotels Ilwe stayed in different states. But overall. Highly recommended. Check in was quick and they were all friendly and accommodating! Will be staying here again for our third time by the end of this year.
