Not a great experience. This is a run down version of the pictures and description online. Very misleading and Im disappointed that we stayed their thinking This was a really nice resort. I wpuod have rather stayed in a regular clean, new hotel.

Communication was amazing, had the room ready for our late arrival, our little dog was so cute on the dog bed and all the cool snacks. It was a wonderful and lovely stay and I wish it wasn't a business trip. We would have stayed another evening.

The room was clean, but one of the most spartan rooms I've ever stayed in, particularly for the cost, considering there wasn't a dresser, barely a closet, places to put soap at the sink or in the shower, or even a towel rack. We saw a couple of the housekeeping staff a few minutes for the two days ...
