Hello, we just checked into our room, and I noticed a few issues. I was about to take a shower, but the shampoo bottle is empty and there is no tissue in the bathroom. Also, the bidet on the toilet is not working. Do i asked the front desk to please send someone to refill the supplies and check the bidet

Be aware this is one of 5 Outrigger properties in Waikiki. This is NOT a beach front property; beach is very close and walkable. Ocean/Diamond Head view were only partial views.
Luau drums could be heard with the sliding door closed, but pleasant to listen to. Ability to view personal streaming apps on room TV, no premium channels; features movies were available. Unable to add additional information about amenities as we spent very little time actual on property.
Lobby gets congested in the evenings with arrivals for the on property shows.
Staff was extremely nice and helpful; just be mindful of all the extra fees.

This hotel is amazing. Very pricey but the property and service is impeccable. Orchids and La Mer are fantastic restaurants. Coconut Cake is a must. You have got to eat at Orchids for breakfast seaside at Waikiki. Bar service and drinks are unique and delicious. Every staff member down to the lawn guys were friendly, made eye contact, and said hello. Concierge is excellent. If you like high tea in the afternoon I highly recommend

Not the same level of excellence I’m accustomed to at Embassy Suites. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Furniture was stiff. Didn’t make it to the Manager’s reception but breakfast was disappointing. No biscuits or gravy (maybe that’s southern states only?). The coffee was instant out of a machine, not good.
