I liked the staff was there to help at all times I loved the bathroom water pressure and the bed was amazing very comfortable room the bar and all restaurants were great what I didn’t like all the kids in both pools the throwing balls it was a fraternity pool party there were 10 kid in hot tub with parents just not in or even around I wanted an adult pool / hot tub time with my wife

Check in was nice and easy. Location is perfect for Universal, Griffin, Hollywood bowel etc. The hotel is clean and tidy, a little dated but room was big, great views on 15th floor, beds were big, air con could be better. Breakfast in Preston;s is decent and affordable, have the menu not the buffet, it's better. Right next to the mall that has some basic food places, hardrock, Jonny rockets etc. Right near the TCL - area as a whole is a what it is for the LA area, great for tourists. Pool is small and the areas gets really hot as cement floors, they could do with upgrading it. Overall, for LA, good value for money, went with family, 3 kids so was affordable at $600/night.

Between the chirping smoke detector noisy street and neighbors we got almost no sleep. There’s no one on the property to help so you’re kind of stuck. There was a bathtub but a sign that said not to use it. The bed was hard. Other than that the place was decently clean and centrally located for hanging out in Downtown LB.
