Check in was easy and staff were helpful. Overall, a good stay. My only criticism is that the air conditioning unit was quite loud otherwise cannot fault the rest.

This hotel made our anniversary unforgettable! The staff greeted us warmly, and our room had soft lights, a cozy bed, and a balcony with a lovely view.

The environment and room itself are nice, clean and cozy, also the staffs are great I can tell two front desk staffs with the last names “Pan” and “Qin” are patient and helpful.

They really shouldn’t be called a 5-star hotel. The staffs are nice and friendly but the service is not yet up to the international standard. I would have considered staying there again for work if they could improve their in-room service. Apparently all their restaurants shut down early and their in-room service is outside food delivery service, everything comes in plastic bags. Trust me you don’t see this in any 5-star hotel.

I have stayed in wonderful hotels all over the world and can honestly say that this hotel stands head and shoulders above anything I have experienced (Not just the fact that it is the 3rd highest hotel in the world). The staff are amazing. They greeted me by name everywhere I went. Attentive and caring! The architectural details and artistic flair are beyond compare. The views are nothing short of extraordinary. I can't recommend this amazing hotel enough!
