Great location , rooms r extremely small , staff very helpful , u get what u oayed for

Breakfast was excellent and the shopping next door was great.

The hotel’s located close to the station. I enjoyed its atmosphere and hospitality. The room was clean and a good size.

Very big rooms! Game Center and shops at the lobby floor! Place is surrounded by nature!

Fantastic location next to station, large rooms and great amenities.

The staff are so sweet. We got to the executive lounge pretty late but the man let us stay until closing and let us take the last bit of snacks. Place is clean, has parking, and good views. No onsen, TV only has cable and the mirroring setting did not work with my phone. Other than that very good place.

We stayed at this ryokan & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ryokan was quite modern with good facilities & amenities. Our room was a jr suite with private open air onsen which was marvellous. We had very high quality beddings & slept well. The communal public bath areas were also very nice. Parking was a breeze, just in front of the property on the other side of the road. The breakfast was good with many dishes. We would definitely return

Great hotel, super welcoming staff and a lot of snacks! The rooms were spacious and clean. But the sound proofing is poor. Every night heard of people talking very loud. The breakfast time was too short. My room does not have view
