Keihinjima Beach Vacations

Room was clean. Stayed with wife and daughters. Subway is near but the hotel its self is not really near any major attractions, making it an inconvenience to commute to and from room to the city center. Grocery store right across the street was very convenient. Quiet area. Would I stay again? probably not, but not because I didn’t like the hotel. Hotel stay was fine, just annoying to go places from there.

Clean room! Excellent staff!

Amenities were top knotch. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and the area was quiet with plenty of places to eat at nearby. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed the stay an excellent staff

This apartment hotel looked pretty new or newly renovated. Our apartment was very clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. The shower was excellent with strong, even pressure. Outside of the apartment, I just wished they had an espresso machine instead of just regular coffee. It was a pretty far walk to get to a Starbucks or a coffee shop. The place is close to convenience stores and a fairly short walk to restaurants. Easy to get around Ginza area and to the train station. Though we also used Uber a few times. The front desk staff are fairly nice and courteous though they could be more enthusiastic and look more like they like their jobs. I just wish the room with an open view was available when we booked as our apartment window only had a view of the building wall next to ours. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Would probably stay here again.

Really amazing backyard with smoke and light show every 40 minutes.

Overall is a nice property although it's a boutique hotel surrounded by giant others hotels, so , no exclusivity when you leave the room. The check out experience was awful at least, rude I would say and no excuses, no justification. So if you want a A experience in Tokyo forget about this facility!

Very convenient located nearby metro station. Also nice little restaurants in area. For marathoners. Very easy to go to start and also close by enough to even walk from finish to the hotel. (Or take 2 stops) in any case great to do a shakeout run from hotel ..then to imperial palace rounds and back about 7km. Sport shops are all nearby. Staff extremely friendly. Room is nice, clean and Japan ryokan touch. Making reservation for a taxi is however ¥1000 . Which should be service. The relaxing room was occupied by other guests way too long. They should make it a time slot of 2 sessions. Tea ceremony was just a nice touch. There is no ATM at hotel and also no wine available in vending machine. The beer option was ok. Breakfast buffet is very complete and tasteful. Expensive (about $24) in comparison with what eating out cost. Overall excellent hotel experience. Definitely recommend

Gym was lacking wieghts

The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious! I also really enjoyed the public bath.

Everything was perfect about this hotel. The check in process was super easy and the entire staff speaks English fluently. The elevators run efficiently and the rooms are clean and well designed. We fit three adults in one room with no issues. I loved that the toilet is separate from the shower as well. We didn’t use the hotel’s bistro because there was so much food nearby. It’s a very short walk to Ueno Station and Ameya Yokocho is not much further. The next time I come to Japan with my family, we will stay here.
