Amazing staff in all department! Very attentive and very prompt. Everything is clean and beautifully decorated. Strong AC even in the hallway. The room is very spacious. Comfortable bed. Great location.

The room we stayed in was basic but close to so much and we didn’t spend much time in the room. We paid for parking which made everything easier. The pool was clean and the bartender was a plus. The hotel offered beach items like chairs and snorkels. There is a restaurant and the hotel is walking distance to others. The best part besides the weather…the staff!!! Would stay here again.

Our biggest complaint was the parking. When we arrived, the hotel parking was full, so we had to park at a different hotel on our first day. The parking fee is also quite expensive at $50 per night. That said, the hotel is in a fantastic location, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Despite the parking inconvenience, we had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.

Noise travels in the hallways. Welcoming staff definitely not the warmest not to mention extremely slow. My first stay @ this hotel. Visit twice a yr. Sheraton our ALWAYS go-to fully books. My best friend & my 19 yr old daughter who travel w/ me always agreed…no comparison is a list of ways to The Sheraton Waikiki. Although less expensive, not worth it. Ex. Day two my blood pressure spiked to 198 & I was headed to local Urgent Care. As I waited for Uber I asked front desk for a bottle of water (which they say free bottled water but you have to go to the refill station on lobby fl to refill)….anyway the two @ front desk after I mentioned I had no full bottles in my room & was HEADED TO URGENT CARE…”you can go get a bottle from your room & refill it OR go to the ABC Store next door”!!!!!!! In addition….i travel a lot all over & cannot recall ever being asked to pay @ check in! Lastly, upon checking out I had to dispute a $60 valet charge to my room when I HAD NO CAR!!!! It’s worth extra $$ to visit other Oceanside resorts on Waikiki if you can. Beautiful island deserves a beautiful experience after all the costs we pay for holiday on this incredible island of beauty & beautiful warm people.

Luxury is often associated with extravagance, but The Kahala reminded us that true luxury is peace. From the moment you step into the lobby, the atmosphere feels calm, elegant, and unhurried. Every member of the staff we encountered was warm, gracious, and genuinely attentive, making our stay feel effortless from beginning to end. Dining was exceptional. Plumeria’s breakfast buffet offers an excellent variety of high-quality options. The Seaside Grill is perfect for a casual lunch by the pool or beach, with delicious food and refreshing cocktails. Alan Wong’s is an excellent choice for a special occasion, but Arancino was our family’s favorite. The pasta was outstanding, and after dining there twice, we only wished we had stayed long enough to try their other offerings. What truly sets The Kahala apart is its tranquility. While many luxury resorts are lively and crowded, The Kahala is a peaceful retreat where the sound of the ocean replaces the noise of the crowds. Whether relaxing on the lanai, walking the beautiful grounds, or enjoying the beach, there’s an unmistakable sense of serenity that allows you to completely unwind. The Kahala has become our family’s favorite hotel and will be our first choice whenever we return to Oahu. It is the very definition of quiet luxury, and we are already looking forward to our next stay.

L’hôtel est bien située , L’internet pas assez puissant. Notre chambre avait des stores arrachés et volets qui ne fermaient pas . Très bruyant, je ne recommande pas cet endroit si les chambres sont tous pareilles. Le personnel est très gentils et courtois en dépit de la piètre qualité de cette Hotel.
