We absolutely loved this hotel! The location is unbeatable—close to everything—and the room itself was immaculate and incredibly comfortable. The little touches, like the plush robe and slippers, were wonderful, and the modern appliances were a real plus. We did have a slight challenge figuring out the combined washer and dryer, but that was the only tiny hiccup. Seriously, this is the best hotel experience we've had in Japan to date. Five stars and highly recommended!

Great friendly professional staff. Spotlessly clean. Large room too. Could not fault it. Great location. Would have been nice to have a safe in the room. Would definately stay there again. Make sure you do. You will not be disappointed.

Great location. Our first room had a terrible odor so the staff immediately changed us to a different room. They were friendly, kind and accommodating. We had a few concerns about general cleanliness - there were several dark stains on the walls, but we attribute it to the fact it’s just an older hotel. As a 4 star hotel we were expecting a little more but still a good location stay for exploring Osaka.

This hotel was so comfortable!!
I stayed here with my husband and teen daughters in July 2025. My kids were so excited to try sleeping on futons and tatami mats and this hotel did not disappoint. They were very comfortable.
There was a coin wash nearby for laundry and the subway was a short walk away.
