No way is it 4 star...2 at the best
It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and we are very well travelled. The cleanliness was shocking, old towels that needed the bin ! Food was tasteless and cold the same every meal. Plastic cups for drinks, no ice, no tonic and the woman behind the bar is so aggressive. I could go on and on ...
