7.4/10 Good! (1,417 reviews)
The room had absolutely no closet or drawer and super hard to even unpack which I was not able to do so. Been traveling from Canada Europe middle east and east Asia for last 3 months staying in 6 different hotels and none was as disappointing as this one

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,972 reviews)
Great size, good amount of rooms, very convenient. Good value for money.
Only issue was checkout was quite difficult on the day, as there were so many rooms wanting to check out at the same time with only 3 lifts to serve them.
