I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very cooperative throughout my visit. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to nearby areas and towards a train station, which makes getting around much easier, especially since the hotel is located a little away from the main road. The room and common areas were very clean (9/10), and I appreciated that two complimentary bottles of water were provided each day. The breakfast can be improved in terms of variety and overall quality. Additionally, the breakfast staff could be a bit more welcoming and smiling to create a warmer dining experience. Halal food options in the breakfast are a bit limited. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay with good service and convenient amenities. I would happily recommend this hotel to others.

I've stayed at many other hotels in Bangkok, but always return to the Night hotel. The front desk staff is very helpful. The hotel is near most most malls and BTS and MTR. The hotel has a shuttle to the nearest BTS and mall. Room is always well cared for and there is plenty of hot water... which is sometimes hard to find a consistent stream of hot water at other hotels I've stayed at in Bangkok. Highly recommend the Night hotel.

Great hotel for business travellers. Good breakfast, great pool. Good location for restaurants and good proximity between downtown and the convention centre.

a good hotel to stay

The hotel's exterior is well-maintained and clean, but the rooms need repairs, such as: The air conditioning wasn't working on our first day. We reported the problem, and they fixed it. Two days later, the bathroom light stopped working. I reported it, and they fixed it. The toilet flush stopped working. I reported it, and they fixed it, but after that, I still had to press the button to flush. There are fans outside that run so loudly at night that it's impossible to sleep. The air conditioning supposedly worked after the repair, but it didn't cool the room as well as it should.

We loved output stay. Very clean rooms and helpful staff.

The hotel itself has all the conveniences you’d want. BTS station is so close. Connected to a mall. Lots of food all around. Very easy to get around! The breakfast buffet is actually really good! Loved the varying selections. We stayed in a 1 bedroom river view. The bonus here was not realizing it was a wrap around terrace. So nice to have different views. However, when it rains your balcony is soaked. The room itself is pretty plain but the AC is cold and there’s a ton of space to move around. Shower pressure is just ok but the hot water feels nice. The surrounding area some would describe as less than ideal. But we never felt unsafe, even at night. The hotel staff is wonderful. They are very helpful and very kind! What stood out was anticipating anything we’d need and getting it done before we asked.

This is one of the best hotels. The location, the helpful staff, the cleanliness and the free amenities made my stay even better. I will definitely stay here again if I get the chance.
