The staff were friendly and efficient. Good location; a short walk from many places and lots of food options. The pool area is nice with a small gym (adequate for a few exercises or cardio).

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always had a very positive experience. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the main shopping areas and a wide variety of restaurants. The breakfast is outstanding, offering a rich selection of dishes from different cuisines, with plenty of options to suit every taste. The only area that could be improved is the storage space in the rooms. There are no drawers or shelves for clothing and personal belongings, which can be inconvenient, especially for longer stays. I would strongly recommend adding more storage space. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to couples and families with one child. I look forward to staying here again.

Location is fantastic! Otherwise a very nice hotel with decent rooms. Hotels.com stated that our rooms would sleep 3 persons - that is not possible. One negative thing - the pillows are big and compact/hard. That reduced the quality of sleep.

Disgusting room smells like moldy socks! Asked them multiple times to fix the smell issue. They didn’t even offer to switch the rooms! Bathroom is weirdly arranged as well. Do not recommend!

Despite the tiny size of the place, the room was modern, clean. The place is close to the bus stop and the metro line. Haven't had the chance to try the pool or the restaurant, but they looked good! Friendly staff, and good bang for the buck. i highly recommend this place for a solo traveler, or a couple with very minimal luggage!

The front desk staff attitude was bad
