Very clean, nice staff parking was simple. Only thing i would say is the elevators take entirely too long, hopefully they will work on making

It took 2 1/2 hours to check in. Only 3 receptionists checking in hundreds and hundreds of people. No one bothered to let us know what the hold up was or offered to help.
Otherwise the rooms were clean and decent.

They did not have my room available in the night I arrived but they did accommodate me and had my room ready the next morning!
I was surprised that the room had no coffee maker , no robe and slippers! I had to ask for the robe and slippers! No coffee maker was available! … overall it was good!
