The front desk staff, Maggie Hu, was amazing. She helped us with booking a six seater luxury van to help us get from our hotel to the Longji terraces on such a last minute request. Our family agreed that she made the best guilin noodles. The noodles were so good that we had requested to have it on both mornings of our stay. She made us feel welcomed, and a part of her family. Her generosity and hospitality will never be forgotten. It definitely made our stay memorable. We were traveling with two teenagers and a child. The rooms aren’t the largest, so we had to book two rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Lovely room and exceptional staff. Although English was certainly a barrier, the staff went above and beyond to understand our requests and accommodate accordingly. Highly recommend.
