Everything was wonderful for service. All staff especially Andreaia were spectacular. Bed wasn’t comfy and soundproofing to the hallway needs improvement.

Oh my goodness, we had an incredible night’s sleep. The bed and pillows were perfect. The staff was very friendly. And the rooms were spacious.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely details and touches and very welcoming attentive staff.
One points note is that we had booked a cabana in the spa and someone else was using it. The lady in the spa tried to get us to use the alternative loungers and when I refused adding it was my partners birthday we then had to stand uncomfortably by as she had to try and persuade those using our cabana to move.
Otherwise this is a great hotel and will definitely be staying again…
