The toilet is not so clean with black mould on the grout. Staff kept missing to provide clean robe every day had to call housekeeping almost every other day. Aside from that location so great next to a big mall.

Great hotel at a great location. Staff was very helpful and the hotel room was excellent. Will definitely come back here.

Room is clean but window not very sound proof. Staff are friendly and helpful. Saw security guards patron. Food is yummy.

The hotel provides good access to shopping and dinning. It is connect to 1 Utama. The room is extremely comfortable; 3 pillows, bath tub, free pantry, etc.

Hotel is located at the non high end part of Bukit Bintang which you would appreciate if you are into bustling night life and crowds. Staff are consistently friendly all the time and the rooms are large and modern. Would stay here again the next time I am at KL.
