I had a good stay until the last day of my trip when I had a package delivered and front desk staff were very off about the package information. Please do better, was so humiliated in the front desk asking for my package and the staff responded with ‘No package under your name came’ repeatedly with guests all around watching. All for my package to actually be stored somewhere else not in the front desk. But the room was nice and clean, quiet spot for a stay away from the chaotic city. But WiFi connection isn’t that strong so keep that in mind when staying here.

Property was awesome, clean, staff so accommodating, accessible, close to shoppings store, will recommend and will comeback.

Front desk had notified me, awakening me to inform me that I have to move my vehicle because of her supervisor having to park so that she’s not blocked. What happened to customer needs as priority over hotel staff?? That was very inconvenient and inconsiderate let alone awakening a guest in the middle of the night.

The room is perfect, swimming pool is great especially you have a kid. Foods are great.

The property is very nice it’s just far away from anything to do

The room is perfect, swimming pool is great especially you have a kid. Foods are great.

The staff excellent. Young lady Razel was a joy to speak with during breakfast and always helpful. I will always stay at Seda when I’m in Cebu
