Reception was nice and polite when check in and check out. However, the room was noisy, guests from next door just talking and shouting all nights, called reception to complaint but took at least half an hour to send some people in to ask them to quiet down. Restaurant staffs were un-polite.

房間很大很整潔，酒店附近都容易找到餐廳很方便

回飯店巷口有家Smile massage 態度很差. 在那邊們等一下後; 詢問他消費方式都沒回答就直接說不接~感覺很歧視東方人

房間跟設施比較舊，房間內有些空間被浪費有點可惜，員工都很友善，服務很好

Good size room, nice and helpful staffs, great breakfast, but hotel need to more maintaince

This is my 3rd time stay in SC Park. They not only keep the service standard well, but they also put efforts in making it a better place to stay, e.g. in this 3 years I have been seeing they use new carpet, new security doors in all corridors, and ceiling lighting, to name but a few. The staff are always helpful. I could see that the more experienced staff are working well with the newly employed. Even the workers inside or outside the hotel are friendly. I would recommend friends from around the world to choose to stay in this hotel if they expect good quality service yet reasonable budget.

酒店有裝修工程進行中，正門未能正常出入，拿行李出入很麻煩；房間隔音差，街上的汽車聲影響睡眠；床頭最好可以提供USB充電電源；酒店職員有禮亦主動，是最滿意的部分。

我已經不是第一次到這裡，整體外在社區環境及酒店內部，都相當好，最少是我感到舒服及一個假期的必需

非常滿意 雖然離市區會遠一點 但外面就有MRT我很方便 入住期間雖然在施工但不會太吵 冰箱是中型的所以除霜會有聲音 除此之外Cp值很高 早餐很豐盛好吃 樓下有按摩跟燒肉店 熱水也很充足 棉被溫暖 更貼心的是我沒有告知生日什麼的 第一次入住 他們竟然幫我準備手繪卡片跟小蛋糕 超級好的 真的很驚喜 超喜歡
