This is the 2nd Citizen M hotel we have stayed at (the San Francisco location was the 1st) and we had a great stay! The staff was amazing and they went above and beyond for us. The room was fantastic, the bar is cozy and stylishly decorated, and the food was great as well. We will definitely choose Citizen M hotels in our future travels!

We truly enjoyed our stay. From the time we arrived until check out the staff was accommodating and very pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. The spa access was a wonderful way to enjoy a little downtime. The location is perfect
To easily get around d the city.
