Western Visayas All inclusive Vacations

This is a huge facility. My room was not very well maintained. The toilet seat kept falling off. I don’t know how they missed that. The rest of the room was nice. The restaurant staff were pretty terrible. At one dinner, my burger arrived 15 minutes before an order of fried rice. I was finished with my dinner, before my companions dinner even arrived. Staff training is at a pretty low level there. By no stretch of the imagination could this be a four star facility.

The Pinnacle is a fantastic hotel located at the far end of station 1 on White Beach. It’s very clean , the rooms are modern and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are very nice. The only downside was the poor WiFi connectivity in our room, but when you’ve got White Beach on your doorstep WiFi is a minor niggle!!

Beach was immaculate with a wonderful view. Staff was extremely attentive and polite. Bartender Jay and waitress Arianne were standouts. Pool is massive and restaurants provided excellent food. Would stay again.

The enjoyed the fact that it had a private beachfront that allowed only its guests. The private airport transfers and the shuttle bus into town saved so much time.

Booked 2 rooms! Very convenient for shopping! Front desk was very helpful. Amazing customer service! Rooms was clean, cozy beds. My stay was excellent!
