Our room was very big and they made an extra bed for my son before our arrival, which was very nice.
The garden is absolutely beautiful and definitely a bonus. It’s walking distance to Shinagawa station, so it’s very convenient.

Overall is a nice property although it's a boutique hotel surrounded by giant others hotels, so , no exclusivity when you leave the room.
The check out experience was awful at least, rude I would say and no excuses, no justification.
So if you want a A experience in Tokyo forget about this facility!

Loved the amenities of premier club. The lounge on 45th floor was awesome for breakfast, afternoon tea and treats and drinks and hors d’oeurves at night. The view at premier club lounge was amazing!
