Was told I was upgraded to a suite for an additional $50. Definitely wasn't a suite. Solans tower was nice, but wouldn't have upgraded if I'd seen the room first.

There was plenty of shops and restaurants in the hotel itself ---our favorite was Maugauritaville. The hotel is right on the boardwalk. Free parking in their garage ==just get a card at the front desk
